Update cable

With the introduction of the 2nd version of the smart tachograph, map updates for the purpose of updating geodata will be mandatory in the future.

Corresponding updates can be performed on the tachograph with the VDO WorkshopTab via the VDO WorkshopTab DTCO update cable. The update cable should therefore be part of the basic equipment of every tachograph workshop.

VDO Label Printer

The VDO Label Printer prints the installation label for the tachograph on a label provided for this purpose directly and uncomplicated. The annoying and sometimes tedious removal of the old label and the sealing foil are no longer necessary. The marking on the high-quality thermal transfer print lasts for at least two years, i.e. until the next inspection. The installation label can be adapted to the label to be printed, which makes the VDO Label Printer flexible and future-proof, e.g. in terms of possible QR code solutions.

KITAS 4
